JOHN RAITT - PROBATE     $20.00
Probably best known for his stage roles in the musicals CAROUSEL, OKLAHOMA, and THE PAJAMA GAME (later taking a role in the film version), John Raitt maintained an incredibly resilient career that spanned over 60 years. This 44 page file includes Raitt’s 4 page will, as well as his 33 page trust plus 7 pages of funding instructions for the trust.  NEW FILE
ROBERT REED     $10.00
Reed, of BRADY BUNCH fame was the unfortunate victim of AIDS in May of 1992. His will is 13 pages in length, and includes the 2 page Petition for Probate and a certified copy of the two-page death certificate. 
CHRISTOPHER REEVE     $15.00
Certainly best known as SUPERMAN, (though we always felt his best role was as Clifford Anderson in DEATHTRAP, opposite Michael Caine). It goes without saying that Reeve proved himself a true hero with the dignity and strength he exhibited as he dealt with his tragic paralysis. We are most pleased to offer this 23 page file which includes his 15 page last will (and due to that paralysis, the will was signed with his name by his wife, Dana, at his direction, with several witnesses present.) We also supply 2 pages of affidavits pertaining to the previously-mentioned signatures), and the six page Petition for Probate.
 
GEORGE REEVES     $15.00 
Television's original SUPERMAN. 5 page will plus a 5 page codicil (modification) as well 3 pages of personal property inventory, and a copy of the certified death certificate. Reeves' highly detailed autopsy report can be found elsewhere in our catalogues.
STEVE REEVES     $15.00
Though acting was not his strong suit, Reeves was hands down the Herculean King of the poorly-dubbed but popular sword-and-sandal epic, (HERCULES, HERCULES UNCHAINED, THE LAST DAYS OF POMPEII, among many others). This 15 page file includes his last will and testament, the Petition for Probate, a final accounting stating the value of his estate, as well as the death certificate.
SIR RALPH RICHARDSON     $15.00
Sir Ralph was one of the last of the Olde Guard of the English Theatre, though our favorite character of his was that of The Supreme Being in Terry Gilliam’s TIME BANDITS. We offer his eleven page will plus the High Court of Justice coversheet which indicates the value of the estate.

Leading off the 3 documents that we offer for John Ritter is his last will and testament (drafted prior to him marriage to actress Amy Yasbeck, which consists of 14 pages; to this we add the 2-page probate cover sheet and the death certificate.

JOHN RITTER - Wrongful Death Suit     $15.00
Just seven days prior to the one-year anniversary of his tragic and untimely death, John Ritter's widow (actress Amy Yasbeck) filed a wrongful-death suit against the doctors and hospital that treated him after he fell ill on the set of his sit-com 8 SIMPLE RULES. While the suit does not state a dollar amount, it does ask for damages due to (among other things) loss of earnings, inheritance, love and affection, the hospital expenses, funeral expenses, etc. The suit filed is 19 pages, to which we add Ritter's death certificate. Ritter's last will and testament plus his Living Trust document can be found above.

EDWARD G. ROBINSON     $15.00
An interesting and detailed 24 page will plus a 3 page exhibit further detailing Robinson's extensive art collection. 
GENE RODDENBERRY     $20.00
Roddenberry's 41 page will is one of the longest in our collection, and covers every conceivable angle. Also included are a 2 page Petition for Probate (including Majel Barrett's signature) and a single page Certificate of Assignment. A great conversation piece for any Trekker. 
ROY ROGERS     $15.00
The undisputed King of the Cowboys, Rogers made almost 100 films, including THE ROY ROGERS SHOW (one of our favorites as a kid), on CBS television from 1951 through 1964. Within this 20 page file we offer his 6 page will, an Irrevocable Disclaimer (containing Dale Evans' signature) plus much more. Dale Evans' last will and testament can be found elsewhere in our catalogues.
CHARLIE RUGGLES     $15.00
The versatile gentleman character actor (RUGGLES OF REDGAP) spent his last years as the voice of Aesop in the TV cartoon series ROCKY AND HIS FRIENDS and THE BULLWINKLE SHOW. Ruggles' generous 1966 will is 14 pages in length, to which we add a 5-page Inventory and Appraisement of the estate, and 6 pages of claims for last illness and funeral expense.
SOUPY SALES     $15.00
We think we’re safeto say that baby boomers all remember Soupy’s “kids” program in at least one of it’s many incarnations around the country, and on network TV. Even now, watching episodes of his old shows with his side-kicks Pookie, White Fang and Black Tooth, you’ll feel like a kid again. Sales’ 1999 will is 7 pages.  NEW FILE
TELLY SAVALAS     $15.00
Of our more interesting additions, we would have to say that Savalas, hands-down, has one of the longest and most detailed wills that we have come across. Savalas and his attorneys have covered every imaginable angle, and this 30 page document makes for some highly interesting reading. Also included are 6 pages of funeral information, for one of the most expensive funerals we have seen. 
RANDOLPH SCOTT     $15.00
Scott's 1985 will is 5 pages, but highly detailed. Included are a 2 page Petition for Probate and 3 pages of Inventory and Appraisement, outlining the value of the estate. Included is a copy of Scott's death certificate.
PETER SELLERS     $10.00
Simply one of our favorite funny guys, probably best known for his PINK PANTHER roles. Sellers left an enlightening 5 page will plus a 2 page handwritten codicil plus the 2 British Grants for Probate. 
DAVID O. SELZNICK     $15.00
One of Hollywood's best known and most flamboyant producers (KING KONG, GONE WITH THE WIND to mention a few). A 32 page will, one of the most detailed (as was Selznick) in our collection. Death certificate included. 
MACK SENNETT     $10.00
Sennett produced the Keystone Comedies of the silent era, which begat the KEYSTONE COPS, and additionally is credited with giving Charlie Chaplin his start in films on the West Coast. This package includes Sennett's 4 page will plus 4 additional pages of medical and funeral information and a claim by the Motion Picture Relief Fund. Death certificate included. ROD SERLING     $15.00
Serling, the creator and producer of television's THE TWILIGHT ZONE has left us with an interesting 27 page will and a 2 page codicil. This is truly a rare find, taken from Serling's sequestered file. Included is a copy of Serling's death certificate. 
JAY SILVERHEELS     $10.00
Did anyone ever figure out what "kimo-sabe" really meant? Silverheels was Clayton Moore's side-kick Tonto in the LONE RANGER episodes of the early days of television. Mr. Silverheels' will is a simple 3 pages to which we add the 2 page Petition for Probate, as well as the Order for Probate and the Letters Testamentary. 
PHIL SILVERS     $10.00
From Mr. Silver's sequestered file, we add another fascinating hand-written document to our collection with the comedian's 3 page will and 1 page codicil. Included are 6 pages of attorney's typewritten transcripts of the will and codicil, presented in court as exhibits because of his mental clarity at the time the will was written. Also includes a 1 page proof of holographic instrument. 
FRANK SINATRA     $20.00
The Chairman of the Board left a very detailed 21 page will plus a single page codicil. You will read page after page of specific bequests in this fascinating document, to which we add the Petition for Probate, plus a supplemental Petition for Probate, which gives a good thumbnail sketch of Sinatra's wealth, as well as his death certificate. 
ROD STEIGER     $20.00
 Steiger's breakthrough role came in 1954, with the classic ON THE WATERFRONT, though our personal favorites remain a toss-up between THE PAWN BROKER and IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT. This large, 55 page file includes Steiger's will, the Petition for Probate, Order for Probate, Letters Testamentary, a claim by his ex-wife for child support and a copy of the 1986 divorce agreement between the two defining who was to get what. A very thorough and fascinating file.
DAVID STRICKLAND     $15.00
Best be remembered by TV fans for his co-starring role of Todd, the magazine's music critic, on the sitcom SUDDENLY SUSAN, Strickland hung himself in a Las Vegas motel room the day before he was to appear in court regarding a drug possession charge. Though he died intestate, we provide 21 pages of petitions, accountings, orders, creditor's claims and an inventory and appraisement of the estate. 
ED SULLIVAN     $15.00
What can you say about the one guy who Americans spent their Sunday evenings with more than any other? Sullivan left a 19 page will chock full of bequests and instructions to his survivors.
